Sanitary District #1

*Please call a Commissioner or Operator if you have an issue with your tank or property.

If a tank needs to be pumped call a Sanitary District Commissioner or Operator first.

They need to determine where the problem is and who is responsible for the repair before it is pumped.

*Pumping charges will not be paid unless approved of first by Sanitary District.

All building sewers from the point of entry into the public septic tank to the building shall be owned and maintained free of defective conditions by at the expense of the owner or occupant of the property.
