The November 5th Presidential Election is quickly approaching.
In an effort to assist you in ensuring your voter registration is up to date and your information is correct, please review the options below:
· Log onto www.myvote.wi.gov and click on ‘My Voter Info’. Enter your first and last name and birth date. The site will show your voter registration.
· Contact the Town office at (920) 994-4470 or email [email protected] to check on your voter registration.
· If you recently got married or moved, be sure to check your registration so you’ll be ready to vote in November.
· If you need to register to vote, log onto www.myvote.wi.gov and click on ‘Register to Vote’. Follow the prompts. You will need to provide Proof of Residence. You may also contact the Village office to register to vote.
Here are a few options to vote Absentee if you choose:
· Log onto www.myvote.wi.gov and click on ‘Vote Absentee by Mail’. Enter your first and last name and birth date. Then click on ‘Request Absentee Ballot’. You will need to provide a photo ID if you haven’t prior.
· Request an Application for Absentee Ballot from Luanne Rady, Clerk/Treasurer at (920) 994.4470 or [email protected]. The application can be mailed or emailed to you or you may stop in at the office and pick one up. Again, you will need to provide a photo ID if you haven’t prior. Deadline for request is November 1.
· When you get your ballot in the mail, be sure to read the instructions carefully. Mistakes may cause your ballot not to be counted. Be sure to have a witness available to sign your absentee ballot envelope.
· In Person Absentee voting will be begin October 22 please contact Luanne Rady, Clerk/Treasurer at (920) 994-4470 to make an appointment. Voting will be held at the town of Scott – N1306 Boltonville, Adell. Polls open at 7 am and close at 8 pm.
October 8, 2024: Last day for electors to begin to acquire residence. October 16, 2024: Last day for voters to use mail or internet submissions to register. After this date, electors must register in Clerk’s office. Call the town office with any questions ~ 920-994-4470.
